I am amazed at your journey and determination for such a trip. I offer my congratulations on raising the money for such a good cause. I am hoping to cycle from John ogroats to Landsend for Cancer Research but feel a bit embarassed now and may make it a cycle around Britains coastline. Good luck for the future Thanks Gordon.

Well being a fellow Roylas fan I thought I should let you know that we are currently 6th in the premiership :-D the lads are playing amazingly well and we are all really proud of them for the determination they have shown this year winning or losing - our best result was on new years day, 6-0 to the mighty royals against West Ham :-D and we have now got a replay against Man Utd at the Mad Stad late on in March to get into the quarter finals of the FA cup after drawing 1-1 thanks to Bryn :-D. Its good to have Kitson back after we lost him after the first game of the season. Anyway i'm sure you are keeping up to date but if not just wanted to let you know as if i ever did anything like this i know i would want to be informed especially this season being so special...
| Gerry Dolan | 12 February 2007 00:00:00 |

Great to have met you in Penang and the spent the early hours of the New Year with you! Hope all is well in Thailand and good luck with the longer roads leading north! We took the easy route back to Singapore, but thought about you enjoying Malaysia cycling through it , despite what you think you see from the air - you see nothing, feel nothing. Take care! Gerard and Kate
| Dale Hurman | 24 December 2006 00:00:00 |

| Kat & Richard | 14 December 2006 00:00:00 |
Since we won't be sending cards, we'd like to wish you all a very happy Christmas from Malaysia. It will certainly be strange to be warm, sober(ish) and eating turkey curry. Thanks for all the guestbook entries and emails over the past 6 months, they always bring a smile.
| Ken Walker | 13 December 2006 00:00:00 |
Have a great Christmas with plenty of Tiger beer. Looking forward to the next installment of your incredible journey. I am looking forward to your picture of the giant tankard!

| Keith, Jennifer & Philip in Armagh | 22 November 2006 00:00:00 |
At long last we have had a few moments to read all your news, photos etc (not just the abbreviated version from Sheila and your Dad). Well done to the both of you and keep pedalling!
| Teresa Broad | 20 November 2006 00:00:00 |
Kat and Richard, I thouroughy enjoy reading about your exploits, and your characters certainly come through in the write ups. Almost like being in the office. The trip sounds both wonderful and terrifying. Good luck and my best wishes. P.S. The mind boggles at the thought of Richard with "big" legs!!
| JOHN & SHEILA MASON | 03 November 2006 00:00:00 |
Happy Birthday Richard, hope you've recovered from your celebrations with Kat. You'll never have another birthday like this........! Going to your local Indian in Reading would have saved a lot of pedalling! Keep up the good work. Love Dad and Sheila.
| Jude Brindley | 02 November 2006 00:00:00 |

Hey you guys!!! | |
| Gerry Dolan | 25 July 2006 00:00:00 |
Glad to hear that you are both still in good spirits despite Kat's fall, she was lucky, if you know what I mean, her trek could have ended right there. Keep on pedalling.
| "Sausage Man" | 19 July 2006 00:00:00 |
Well done so far. I was slightly surprised to read that as you are a "doctor" you were not able to treat Kat's injuries yourself?
| Peter | 12 July 2006 00:00:00 |
Hi Kat, a bit of GKR stuff to take your mind off cycling. Roy, Lee, Sam, Luke and (would you believe it) Duncan graded last weekend, so they're all Green belts now. We heard that Duncans old orange belt had to be surgically removed, but it's only a rumour.
| Big Dave | 05 July 2006 00:00:00 |
Go guys!! I am reading your diary comments avidly and cannot wait for the next installment. I was sorry to hear about the slippery curb inccident - hope you have suitably recovered now?
| Oscar Antao | 29 June 2006 00:00:00 |

Hi Richard and Kat | |
| Janine Janine | 05 June 2006 00:00:00 |
Hey Kitty Kat Kat, it's the big day!! Fortunately sunny, so you won't be tempted to go swimming in Forbury before you set off (though mind those pesky slopes, won't you!) Best of luck to the both of you (still, frankly, think you're out of your mind!!), and have a safe trip. Despite your absence, you can rely on several requests of Tainted Love in your honour!!
| Tracy Pyne | 05 June 2006 00:00:00 |

Visited China in 1990 and 1991 when there were more cycles than cars. Ken Walker visited in 2005 and it was the other way around. A country well worth a visit but do your reading before you go.
